Hello, I’m Kareem Abu Rafea and I am a graduate student at Western in management with a background in healthcare, operations, and applied project work. My professional journey is focused on bridging strategic thinking with real execution. Through consulting-style projects, leadership roles, and data-driven analysis, I’ve developed a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational improvement.
